Friday Night Lights

This past Friday we took Easton to her first high school football game. This was a special game because not only was it Bonner vs. Basehor, but, more importantly, this game was to honor a dear friend that past away. Of course, what good is football with out a tailgate. So the wives got a game plan together and our impromptu mini tailgate was delicious.

As we were walking up to the field, Sully and Easton hammed it up for us. We may or may not have encouraged them! Seriously, have you seen anything cuter!

As we got closer to the bleachers, Easton tugged my jacket and said "Is it my turn Momma?" I asked here what she was talking about. She as she pointed to the bleachers she said "To play!". Easton thought the bleachers was some shiny jungle gym with all kinds of steps and rails. You can guess what she did most of the evening... it didn't have anything to do with sitting. Thank God there was hardly anyone around us.
