Birthday Party and Easter Egg Hunt!

First, how stinking cute is this apron my Memaw made for Easton.

Easton's "pretty" from Memaw.
Second, we had a crazy busy weekend. Josh's Aunt Pam turned 55 so we road tripped it to Blue Springs to help her celebrate.

Daddy's ladies in our pretty dresses! Easton was so excited about both of us wearing our pretty dresses.

Easton was a wild woman at the party. She ran around the gym playing basketball, chasing balls, and following the big kids around.

Sunday we headed to the Gilliland's Easter Party for an egg hunt, food, and baby chick fun. They have a couple 300 baby chicks right now and Easton loved seeing them, but she did not dear touch them. No matter how many times Daddy said "Do you want to touch? It's ok. It's just a baby chick". She wanted nothing to do with touching them. Of course, just as Josh puts the chick up and cleans his hands Easton said "I touch." So like a great dad, Josh gets the baby chick out and squats down so Easton can touch. Round 2... no success.

No way I am touching that baby chick!

Ready for the Easter Egg Hunt!

Easton really caught on to the idea of hunting for eggs and putting them in her basket. Once we showed her the first one she took off. With a basket bigger than her, she still managed to drag it along to find lots of eggs! She loved it!
