- When it is 7:30 pm and I am falling asleep on the couch you tell me to take a shower and go to bed. Only to head up shortly after to cuddle.
- Because every time I wake up at 2:30 am because of a pregnancy cramp, so do you. Always asking if I am ok.
- You understand how important it is to me to wait until delivery to find out the sex of Baby Bosley. Even though it is just as important to you to find out sooner than later. Thank you for waiting.
- You are gun-ho to paint the nursery the way I want. Even though you dread painting strips (not that you don't like the idea, but it is much more difficult) on the wall, but you know how much I want it so you will make it happen.
- You are on board with our baby saving mode. No questions asked.
- You rub my back because you know it is sore and killing me.
- When we talk about Baby Bosley you smile a huge smile every time and it melts my heart.
- Swimming with your pregnant wife is your new hobby, because I am worried about staying fit and healthy for the delivery.
- Because you want to buy me maternity clothes. Yes, it is a shirt that says "Future Longhorn on Board", but hey at least you are excited about clothes, maternity clothes at that.
- You are just as concerned about what I am eating as I am. Always making sure I am eating my vegetables.
- While driving to work listening to the radio I just started crying. Then laughing because I couldn't believe I was crying. Which induced more tears. All while cruising down I-70. When I called to tell you about my out of control emotions you simply said I love you honey.
- Because you love the idea of baby book night!
- Because you are going to be an absolutely AWESOME Dad!

My SNIFFER has went into OVERDRIVE!
November 16, 2009
Saturday evening as Josh and I were getting ready for bed. I kept smelling this sour musky odor. For the life of me I could not figure out what it was. Pre-pregnancy I had a nose like a bloodhound as Josh would put it. I could smell anything and smell it miles away. Now pregnant this trait has only gotten worse. So this smell I was smelling was driving me nuts because I could not figure out where it was coming from. I would get whiffs of it every now and again. I kept telling Josh I smelled something and couldn't figure out what it was. I thought maybe it was Josh. Now my husband isn't dirty, but sometimes he doesn't realize when his towel is needing a washing and that dirty towel smell transfers to his body when he drys off. Yuck I hate that dirty towel smell! So as inconspicuous and nonchalant as I could. I leaned over and gave him a kiss on his shoulder while taking a deep sniff to check out his odor status. He just looked at me and laughed. He was on to my game.
Josh: Did you really just sniff me and play it off like you were trying to give me a kiss?
Me: (laughing hysterically) Yeah, sorry I can't figure out this smell!
Josh: Maybe it is the dogs?
Me: No I already sniffed them.
Oh, the pregnancy moments just keep getting better and better.
So this past weekend I finished the Book " The Real Deal Guide to Pregnancy" by Erika Lenkert. I absolutely LOVED this book! It told me what I needed to know with humor and real life experiences. Josh even found humor in many of the real life stories I read out loud to him. This is a mom-to-be book not really one to read with the dad-to-be. Although several times I did make Josh turn down the football game so I could read a passage that would benefit/help him. So if you are preggos this book is a good one!
We just finished our 4th week of pregnancy. Below is a picture of my pouch. I have had a lot of bloating and have seemed to consume a ridiculous amount of food lately. Right now I look fat and not pregnant.

Baby Talk and Book Night
Thursday, November 12, 2009
It is all baby talk in the Bosley Home and even in text messages. Josh will randomly send me text messages at work saying how is my wife and baby doing?, I love you and baby too!, or he will send baby name suggestions. Baby talk has taken over! We do however, need to be careful because we are the only two that knows and I would hate to slip up and ruin the surprise. Josh has also taken to rubbing my belly. Yes, I know I don't have a preggos belly just yet, but just the same he likes to give it a little rub. It really is cute. Oh, Josh has also informed me while making dinner one evening that I need to be sure to eat vegetables so the baby grows. I love that he is so excited and worried abot me.
Wednesday night is baby book night. We head to bed around 9:00 pm and read together "What to Expect When You Are Expecting". Yep, we lay in bed and I read out loud and Josh listens and follows along. Last night was the first night we did this and we read up till week 4, because we think this is how far along we are. It was great! I love that my husband is so involved and wants to know so he can make things more comfortable for me and Baby Bosley!
At week 4 (guessing) I feel flippin' tired all the time. I have out of control cramps that jerk me out of bed in the middle of night, bring me to my knees, and sometimes a real good one can bring tears to my eyes. Other than making frequent trips to the restroom to pee and being extra gasey, pregnancy isn't to bad. I am trying to enjoy every moment. Josh and I both are. We are also counting down the days until our first doctor's appointment. 26 days to go!

Let the PREGNANCY fun begin!
Monday, November 9, 2009
Wow! Last night was miserable! I had the worst, most painful, early pregnancy cramps. They were so bad that at 1:45 AM I was bent over holding my stomach in our bathroom. Once it past I laid back down in bed. Only to be woke back up with round two. I decided to move to the couch so all my up and down wouldn't wake Josh up. Around 4:00 AM I heard a cough and it wasn't from me! Instantly I am freaked out and I am thinking who the hell is in our house! Then I realize that it was Josh laying down in the chair. I got up and went over to the chair and asked him what he was doing down here and not in our bed? He said he didn't want me to be down here all by myself. Is that not the sweetest thing! It melted my heart. So we both headed back up stairs to our bed. 6:00 AM rolled around way too soon and I woke up greeted by an early pregnancy cramp followed by nausea! What a combo! I kept walking from our bedroom, to the kitchen, and into the guest bedroom. Josh says "Honey you are going to wear a hole in the carpet if you keep pacing like that." I told him moving made me feel better. He was like "Oh, ok." I also informed him that if labor is anything like these then I WANT the epidural! He just laughed. I then said "After this we may only have one kid!" Josh said "No way." I smiled.
I made it to work and counted down to 9:00 AM, this is when Dr. Ground's office opened. She is an OBGYN I had seen in the past for my yearly and I really liked her. I called her office and left a message with her nurse. An hour later the nurse called me back. She said the cramps were normal and only to worry if I have bleeding. I told Dawn, the nurse, that this is our first pregnancy and normally I would call my mom, but we are waiting until Christmas to share the big news. She said that was wonderful and it will go by quickly. Her next comment took me by surprise. She said we would need to schedule an appointment for 7-8 weeks. (Start Thoughts in my Head): What?! Don't you think the Dr. should see me now to make sure everything is ok and where it should be?! And doing what it should be doing!? (End Thoughts in my HEAD.) I set the appointment for Tuesday, December 8th for a 2:00 PM Ultrasound and a 3:00 PM doctor appointment. Let the 4 week count down begin! I will leave you with a text I just received from Josh "Love you and tell Baby I love it too." As you can tell Josh is SUPER EXCITED and has already begun texting baby names he likes!
Oh, I forgot to mention that my boobs have been throbbing with pain for about a week now!
The Wiseman Family Photo Shoot and a Wiener Convo....
As I have mentioned before, Josh and I got a new camera. Well this past Saturday I was thrilled to test out my photography skills and learn more about our camera on the Wiseman Family! I picked up Kathryn, Austyn, and Aaron around 3:30 pm. Of course I had a "Good Behavior Treat Bag" as a way to bribe the kiddos. I told them what was in the bag was a secret and they would be able to find out at the end of our photo if they listened and behaved. They were excited about the secret brown bag. Here was one of my favorite conversations in the car:
Aaron: We be nice to gurls
Me: Yep, we do.
Aaron: Girls don't have wieners
Me: (laughing so hard) Nope they don't
Aaron: My mommy doesn't have a wiener
Me: Who told you this (still laughing)
Aaron: My dad
Oh, how I love little kid conversation. Aaron thank you for the great laugh!
So below are some of my favorite shots of the Wiseman Family. I love you guys and Thank you!

TWO pink lines!

Yep, according to the stick you pee on.... WE ARE PREGNANT! When Josh got back this evening from hunting we headed up stairs to do a pregnancy test! As I was reading the directions in the bathroom here is how the conversation went:
Josh: Do I have to sit here and watch you pee? Can I got downstairs?
Me: No you can't go downstairs. The test only takes like three minutes and I am going to shut the bathroom door so you want have to watch.
Josh: Oh, ok.
Once I did my pee thing I covered the window up brought the stick out and set it down on the foot board of our bed. We decided not to look at the results until the three minutes were up. So Josh busted out his cell phone and started watching the time. Of course I have the camera out and I am taking pictures laughing and asking every 5 seconds if it has been three minutes!

Well until Ms. Ella (one of our dogs) comes in to our bedroom and makes her way to the pee stick to get a sniff. Of course I look down to tell her no and see the slightest hint of two pink lines. Relief and JOY come over me! Josh asks what did it say. I tell him I am not sure it wasn't every dark. After three minutes are up:
Josh: What does it say?
Me: Look at it and read it.
Josh: (just looks at me and smiles)
Me: Josh, if it wasn't good news I would be crying right now instead of acting all giddie!
Waiting for the results

Josh checking the results. Look at his face. The smile slowly coming out.
If that smile doesn't give it away than nothing will! Congrats Daddy!

A SPOOKtacular First Halloween in our Home!
This was our first Halloween in our new home so we really didn't know what to expect as far as the number of trick or treaters we would get. So we purchased two giant bags of Snickers, two giant bags of Kit Kats, and one regular size bag of Skittles. By the end of the night we only had two hand fulls of Snickers left. I would say it was a successful sugary night! By the way Josh was thrilled about the left overs. He loves Snickers. By far our favorite trick or treaters of the night where these to little goblins below:
As Logan put it "Ummm.... candy!"

Tinker Bell is stocking up! She means business!
